Terms & Service Disclaimer

Estimates and pricing
Quotes are based on the information, photos, and measurements provided at the time of the request. If on-site conditions differ materially — additional square footage, heavier staining, restricted access — we will confirm any change in price with you before starting or continuing work.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior cleaning is weather dependent. Heavy rain, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We will contact you as early as possible and offer the next available window.
Property condition and access
Customers agree to provide safe access to the work area and, when applicable, water and power access if arranged in advance. Please remove vehicles, furniture, and fragile items from the work area, close windows and doors, and secure pets before we arrive.
Pre-existing conditions — failing paint, deteriorated wood, loose mortar, damaged siding, worn seals, oxidation, prior staining or improper prior cleaning, and settled or cracked concrete — may become more visible after cleaning and are not caused by cleaning. Some stains, including deep rust, paint transfer, tannin bleed, and etching, may not fully release even with proper treatment.
Results disclaimer
We use methods appropriate for each surface, including low-pressure soft washing where high pressure would cause damage. Cleaning results vary by material, age, and the type of staining. Before and after images shown on this website are examples of work and do not guarantee identical results on every property.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion after you have reviewed the work. Recurring commercial and property-management accounts are invoiced according to the terms agreed for that account. ADMIN: confirm accepted payment methods and any late-payment terms.
Cancellations
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so the window can be offered to another customer.
Licensing and insurance
No licensing or insurance claims are made on this website. ADMIN: enable and document these claims only after they are verified in writing.
